VP, Supply Chain
Our food manufacturing client seeks a passionate and energetic VP of Supply Chain to lead their rapidly growing team in optimizing logistics, planning, and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate is a decisive, people-focused leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and can balance long-term strategy with day-to-day execution. This role requires an individual who can independently assess team and process gaps, drive operational excellence, and steer supply chain transformation through collaboration, innovation, and data-informed decisions.

This role is onsite in McMinnville, Oregon.

Due to the nature of this role and immediate business needs, we are only considering candidates currently residing in McMinnville, Oregon and surrounding area.

VP, Supply Chain Responsibilities

• Oversee site-wide supply chain operations, including planning, warehousing, logistics, procurement, and customer service.
• Lead the planning, design, and implementation of a new large-scale warehouse, including layout, automation, and systems optimization.
• Translate commercial forecasts into executable production and inventory plans aligned with cost, service, and operational goals.
• Develop and mentor a growing team of 45+ employees, identifying skill gaps and scaling talent to meet future growth.
• Build strong partnerships across production, procurement, finance, and commercial functions to drive alignment and performance.

VP, Supply Chain Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred, with a data-driven and strategic approach to operational leadership.
• 5–10 years of supply chain leadership experience with direct oversight of planning, logistics, and warehousing.
• Proven success in managing cross-functional teams; experience overseeing teams of 45+ employees, including multiple direct reports.
• SAP experience and proficiency with procurement tools/software.
• Skilled in transportation management and 3PL/vendor partnerships; experience with warehouse design and automation is a plus.
• Must have food manufacturing experience, with strong knowledge of food safety and quality standards.
• Proven ability to provide effective leadership over automated warehouse planning and operations for multiple locations.
• Proven ability to manage contracts, negotiations, and cost savings.

Compensation: $180k-$220k (DOE) + Bonus + Relocation assistance available.
