Technical Lead
Our client is seeking a Technical Lead to provide short-term leadership and hands-on technical direction for a high-visibility website refresh project. This role will guide the architecture and implementation of a new content platform experience and ensure the foundation is set for a scalable, high-performance site.

This role is fully remote.

Technical Lead Responsibilities

• Lead technical planning and execution for a major website refresh project utilizing a CMS platform (Brightspot experience highly preferred).
• Define the overall technical architecture and ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
• Oversee the development and customization of CMS components to deliver a seamless, high-quality user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including design and product teams, to ensure technical feasibility and scalability.
• Drive innovation through prototyping and integration of emerging technologies, including AI-based enhancements for content workflows.
• Manage the full development lifecycle from concept through deployment, maintaining best practices in code quality, performance, and security.

Technical Lead Qualifications

• Proven experience leading CMS-based website development projects, ideally with Brightspot or similar platforms (Adobe AEM, Drupal, etc.).
• Strong background in web architecture, front-end and back-end development, and deployment processes.
• Ability to translate strategic goals into actionable technical solutions within tight timelines.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across disciplines.
• Experience integrating innovative technologies, such as AI tools or content automation systems, into web environments.

Compensation: $60-$73/hr. (DOE)
