Talent Acquisition Specialist
Our client seeks a reliable Talent Acquisition Specialist to support their organization with onboarding employees for their new locations!
Talent Acquisition Specialist Responsibilities
- Support onboarding activities for new employees at multiple locations.
- Process new hire documents ensuring completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
- Submit background check and CORI forms.
- Maintain up-to-date employee records.
Talent Acquisition Specialist Qualifications
- At least 1 year of onboarding experience.
- Knowledge of new hire forms and processes.
- Familiarity with laptop and scanner usage.
- Able to learn new systems quickly; exposure to Workday a plus.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail/accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary: $25-$27/hr. (DOE)
