Supply Chain Coordinator
Our client is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to support their team. This role is integral to managing international logistics and coordinating transportation operations across North America.

This role is a hybrid model in Beaverton, Oregon.

Supply Chain Coordinator Responsibilities

  • Assist with administrative tasks related to international shipping, supporting operations from Asia to North America, as well as air and ocean transportation from the US and Canada.
  • Coordinate and maintain supply chain activities, ensuring alignment with the broader team goals.
  • Support inventory management to ensure the right products are delivered to the right locations at the appropriate time.
  • Create and manage reports within SAP, addressing errors and discrepancies as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including distribution centers and supply chain planning, to align operational strategies with overall business objectives.

Supply Chain Coordinator Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in supply chain coordination, particularly within a corporate environment.
  • Proven experience working with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Strong ability to work with reporting systems and correct errors within an enterprise-level SAP system.
  • Preferred experience with international logistics and a willingness to learn new systems and processes.
  • A proactive problem-solver with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.

Compensation: Up to $30.28/hr. (DOE)
