Senior Accountant
Our client is seeking a sharp and motivated Senior Accountant who thrives in collaborative environments and enjoys tackling complex challenges with a problem-solving mindset. Location: Hybrid role in Portland, Oregon

Responsibilities

• Manage general ledger, invoicing, accounts payable, and monthly close activities.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP.
• Support accounting for complex transactions, reconciliations, and reporting processes.
• Calculate and review daily financial results, collaborating with operations and risk teams to ensure data integrity.
• Partner with executives and cross-functional stakeholders on project-based initiatives and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience; open to candidates coming from public accounting.
• Advanced Excel proficiency and experience with Power BI or similar visualization tools.
• Working knowledge of Python for data analysis and automation; ERP system experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

Salary: $76K-$90K/year + Bonus. (DOE)
