Salesforce Order Management Specialist
Our global technology client seeks a motivated Order Management Specialist with strong research and problem-solving skills to support their team! This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in an exciting industry while working with a collaborative group. The ideal candidate is flexible and enjoys the challenge of supporting development of new systems and processes.

This is a hybrid role requiring qualified applicants to commute 3 days a week to offices in Dayton, Ohio.

Responsibilities of the Salesforce Order Management Specialist

• Generate sales quotes and convert them to orders. 
• Support the amendments and renewals process.
• Set up new accounts and process orders. 
• Monitor status of orders and respond to customer inquiries/issues.
• Ensure documentation and inventory records are accurate in systems.

Salesforce Order Management Specialist Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of related sales support or order management including quote-to-order conversions, amendments, and renewals.
• Tech-savvy with Salesforce or similar CRM and MS Office Suite.
• Customer service focused with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Process-oriented with strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Flexible and able to learn new systems/processes quickly.

Salary: $16-$18/hr. (DOE)
