Sales Enablement Program Manager – Product & Industry
Our client is seeking a Sales Enablement Program Manager – Product & Industry to support the development and execution of enablement initiatives that strengthen product knowledge and industry expertise across their sales organization. This individual will collaborate closely with multiple program managers to create effective training materials, manage cross-functional projects, and ensure alignment with global enablement strategies.

This role is a hybrid model in Westminster, Colorado.

Sales Enablement Program Manager Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Product Enablement and Certification Program Managers to design and deliver programs that address product and industry knowledge gaps.
  • Oversee the end-to-end development of enablement content, including design, coordination, and implementation activities.
  • Track project milestones and deliverables across multiple concurrent initiatives using Asana or a similar project management tool.
  • Support Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in developing high-quality materials by monitoring progress and ensuring timelines are met.
  • Prepare, edit, and distribute communication materials that support enablement and certification programs.
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of training and enablement deliverables tied to major conferences and events, such as sales kickoffs or global industry gatherings.

Sales Enablement Program Manager Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Learning & Development, or Technical Training roles.
  • Proven project and program management experience within a learning or enablement function, including scheduling, milestone tracking, and issue escalation.
  • Demonstrated success managing multiple complex projects with competing deadlines.
  • Experience in content creation, instructional design, or content management for a large organization (software or technology sector preferred).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across all organizational levels.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Adult Learning, Instructional Design, or a related discipline.
  • Ability to collaborate across time zones, supporting global teams in North America, EMEA, and APAC.
