Regional Marketing Manager (AMR)
In this position you will be responsible for the execution of the regional marketing plan, reporting to the Brand/industry Marketing Director and in close collaboration with the regional Sales VP. This role spans working with the regionally relevant sales channels, both direct sales and distribution partners. You will be responsible for deploying the regional marketing budget and delivering on KPIs which measure the success of the regional marketing activities across brands and industries relevant to the company.
This is a hybrid position in the Portland/Beaverton area.
Regional Marketing Manager Responsibilities
Develop and execute the regional marketing plan with guidance from Brand/Industry Marketing Director and in close collaboration with regional Sales VP.
Marketing plans and activities cover all company brands along with prioritized industries, channels, and partners.
Responsible for deploying regional marketing budget.
Drive Account Based Marketing in collaboration with regional sales (account planning and key account strategy). Identify content needs, communicate these to Central Marketing Directors.
Support KPI reporting and identify relevant counter measures to close potential gaps.
Owns the tactical and operational implementation of industry programs provided by the Brand/industry marketing directors based on the regional priorities and targets. Such execution includes:
Driving tactical execution via regionalized email, social, and other digital channels.
Managing planning and logistics for tradeshows, conferences, and workshops.
Support regional NPI execution in collaboration with the Product Lines.
Regional Marketing Manager Qualifications Required
5+ years marketing communications, or related function, experience.
Goal-oriented with strong attention to detail.
Well-organized, with strong project management skills.
Experience using marketing automation (i.e. Marketo, Pardot).
Experience with CRM (i.e. Salesforce, Dynamics).
Effective communication skills, written and verbal.
Ability to work equally well independently or as a team member, and capable of leading small project teams.
Excellent critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
Equally comfortable with traditional and digital marketing tactics.
Ability to travel 10% and add if international is required.
Desired
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, business, or related field.
Web development and search engine marketing experience.
Event planning and coordination experience (trade shows, webinars, etc.).
Vendor management experience.
Experience working within a matrixed organization.
Social media marketing experience.
Partner / channel marketing program development experience.
Experience in B2B marketing of audio equipment and/or test equipment.
Salary: $90-96K (DOE)
