Product Merchandising Manager
Our client is seeking a Product Merchandising Manager to support an innovative women’s activewear partnership. This role will play a key part in shaping the product assortment strategy and managing the product creation lifecycle across apparel, footwear, and accessories categories. The ideal candidate is a fast-moving, detail-oriented merchandising professional with deep experience in women’s activewear and familiarity with large-scale, high-volume product environments.

This role is a hybrid model in Beaverton, Oregon

Product Merchandising Manager Responsibilities

  • Drive seasonal merchandising strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams including design, development, sourcing, planning, and marketing.
  • Support the end-to-end product lifecycle from line planning through final product approval.
  • Maintain line plans, assortment tools, and product data with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Leverage consumer and marketplace insights to guide product decisions and influence line architecture.
  • Apply retail and business analytics to develop compelling and profitable assortments.
  • Manage multiple workstreams and deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Partner across teams to ensure alignment on timelines, merchandising milestones, and go-to-market readiness.
  • Travel domestically or internationally up to 10% as needed.

Product Merchandising Manager Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Prior experience in apparel merchandising and/or product creation within a fast-paced, high-volume brand.
  • Experience working with a leading sportswear or lifestyle company is required.
  • Strong understanding of the women’s consumer in the activewear or lifestyle apparel space.
  • Proficiency in retail math, business analysis, and key merchandising metrics.
  • Skilled in Excel and Keynote; familiarity with merchandising tools such as AV or MMX is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus.
  • Highly organized and self-motivated, with a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Compensation: Up to $32/hr. (DOE)
