Product Manager
Our client is seeking a Product Manager to drive the vision, strategy, and execution of their most complex and high-impact product portfolios. This role is responsible for shaping enterprise-level software product strategies, guiding technical delivery teams, and influencing innovation and outcomes across multiple domains on a global scale.

This role is fully remote.

Product Manager Responsibilities

  • Define and implement long-term software product strategies that align with enterprise business objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional agile teams (typically 8–10+ engineers per squad) to deliver scalable and disruptive software solutions.
  • Partner closely with senior leadership and technical executives to provide insights that inform strategic decisions and product direction.
  • Drive technical innovation by identifying and integrating emerging technologies into core product initiatives.
  • Oversee roadmap alignment across interconnected domains to ensure cohesive and scalable outcomes.
  • Use data-driven insights and key performance metrics to measure product success and influence continuous improvement.
  • Act as a thought leader and trusted advisor, fostering collaboration across global and regional teams to achieve shared goals.

Product Manager Qualifications

  • Extensive experience managing large-scale, complex product portfolios in a technical environment.
  • Proven ability to translate organizational vision into actionable product strategies and measurable execution plans.
  • Strong technical fluency in modern software architectures, development frameworks, and product lifecycle methodologies.
  • Demonstrated success driving innovation and business transformation through cross-functional collaboration.
  • Exceptional communication skills with experience influencing senior stakeholders in a matrixed organization.
  • Advanced analytical mindset with expertise in data-informed decision-making.
  • Prior experience with business intelligence (BI) products is required.
  • Proficiency in Jira is essential; familiarity with Databricks is highly preferred.

Compensation: Up to $64/hr. (DOE)
