Process Analyst
Our client is seeking a Process Analyst to join their Special Assets group within their procurement division. This role is essential in supporting the strategy, development, planning, and execution of the Special Assets operational portfolio, specifically focusing on event tickets process and policy management. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication and organizational skills, comfortable managing change and projects, and adept at collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders.

This role is a hybrid model in Beaverton, Oregon.

Process Analyst Responsibilities

  • Partner with Special Assets leadership to identify, develop, and maintain strategic relationships with a broad group of stakeholders.
  • Drive the implementation, management, maintenance, and evolution of Special Assets COE tools, processes, policies, and governance practices.
  • Host extensive training sessions on new policies and tool implementations, including managing schedules and booking training rooms.
  • Present effectively to stakeholders and management, ensuring clear communication of policies and processes.
  • Assist with messaging, socializing, training, and monitoring adherence to established processes and policies.
  • Organize, coordinate, and oversee control and compliance deliverables and activities of a global COE team across various functions.
  • Develop and drive solutions to mitigate operational risks that could impact other business areas and stakeholders.
  • Manage scheduling for trainings and other project-related activities, ensuring timely and efficient execution.

Process Analyst Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a corporate setting or related work experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment characterized by constant change and uncertainty.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently while also being an effective team player.
  • Demonstrated strong planning and coordinating skills.
  • Confidence in working with various stakeholders and presenting to management.
  • Experience in hosting and managing training sessions.
  • Familiarity with governance operations and policy management is a plus.

Compensation: $24.65-$27.47/hr. (DOE)
