PowerPoint Designer (Part-Time)
Our client is seeking a highly skilled PowerPoint Designer to support executive leadership and internal teams by producing polished, brand-aligned presentations. This role focuses on refining and formatting existing decks to ensure visual consistency, accuracy, and professionalism for both internal and client-facing use. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and adept at transforming complex content into clear, visually compelling slides.
This role is fully remote working 20 hours per week.
PowerPoint Designer Responsibilities
- Format and enhance PowerPoint presentations to ensure consistency with established branding and visual standards.
- Review and refine slides for layout alignment, color usage, typography, and overall visual balance.
- Edit and proof presentations for accuracy, grammar, and clarity before executive review or client delivery.
- Incorporate data visualizations, charts, and graphics to improve information flow and readability.
- Create and update templates and reusable slide components for efficient deck production.
- Collaborate with leadership and staff to interpret goals and deliver presentation-ready materials.
- Support additional visual or marketing collateral development as needed.
- Handle all materials with professionalism and discretion, maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
PowerPoint Designer Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint, including advanced formatting, layout, and visual refinement.
- Keen eye for detail with strong proofreading and design consistency skills.
- Solid understanding of visual hierarchy, slide composition, and data visualization best practices.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and openness to feedback and iteration.
- Experience working with executives or B2B teams is preferred.
Compensation: $26-$32/hr. (DOE)
