Plant Controller
Our innovative manufacturing client seeks an experienced Plant Controller to join their team. The ideal candidate is driven, has a keen eye for detail, and enjoys taking ownership within their role.

Plant Controller Responsibilities

• Handle product costing, standard cost setting, BOMs, inventory counts, valuation, and variance analysis.
• Act as the primary point of contact for cost accounting matters, supporting and advising the leadership team.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis, KPI reporting, and provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Engage with supply chain, manufacturing, and senior leadership to develop and maintain internal relationships.
• Maintain high levels of engagement with the broader business to ensure alignment and integration of cost accounting functions.

Plant Controller Qualifications

• Must have manufacturing or directly related industry experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field; MBA, CPA, or CMA a plus.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience with standard costing, variance analysis, and production variances.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills (pivots, lookups, formulas, etc.).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Salary: $110k-$130k (DOE) + Bonus
