Order Management Specialist
Our client is seeking an Order Management Specialist to play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless quote-to-cash operations and exceptional customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate combines precision with proactive problem-solving, thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, and serves as a trusted partner to both internal teams and external customers. This individual will be known as the “go-to” expert for order accuracy, compliance, and process improvement.
This role is a hybrid model in Westminster, Colorado.
Order Management Specialist Responsibilities
- Accurately process complex customer orders and quotes using Salesforce, Oracle, and other order management systems.
- Collaborate with sales, logistics, compliance, and finance to ensure timely order fulfillment and resolution of issues.
- Maintain meticulous order documentation, approvals, and audit trails in accordance with company policy.
- Monitor and communicate order status, proactively addressing delays, stock shortages, or discrepancies.
- Support business divisions with trade compliance, revenue recognition, and process optimization initiatives.
Order Management Specialist Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in order administration, sales operations, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy in data entry and order management.
- Proficiency with Salesforce CRM, ERP systems (Oracle preferred), and MS Excel or Google Suite.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Proven ability to prioritize, adapt, and manage multiple orders in a fast-paced, global environment.
Compensation: $18-$20/hr. (DOE)
