Merchandising Operations Lead
Our client is seeking a proactive and strategic Merchandising Operations Lead to support Merchandising Operations. The ideal candidate is a relationship-builder and clear communicator who thrives in dynamic, cross-functional environments. This individual will excel at bringing structure to ambiguity, driving operational excellence, and fostering collaboration across diverse teams to deliver consumer-driven assortments efficiently and effectively.

This role is a hybrid model in Beaverton, Oregon.

Merchandising Operations Lead Responsibilities

  • Lead and optimize merchandising operations processes across APLA, ensuring alignment and efficiency.
  • Manage assortment creation and product line development across multiple categories.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Planning, Sales, and Global Merch teams to streamline seasonal execution.
  • Design, implement, and roll out new tools and processes organization-wide.
  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions to drive process alignment, training, and adoption.

Merchandising Operations Lead Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in merchandising, including assortment management and product line ownership.
  • Proven success developing and rolling out process improvements across large organizations.
  • Strong knowledge of merchandising systems and operational workflows.
  • Exceptional communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; experience with project or change management is a plus.

Compensation: Up to $59/hr. (DOE)
