Marketing Manager
Our client is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to help build and manage the seasonal strategic direction, narrative, and brand plan for their North America campaigns. The ideal candidate will lead with a creator-first mindset, work cross-functionally, and have a strong understanding of basketball and skate cultures to drive seasonal marketing plans that elevate the brand and meet commercial priorities.

This role is a hybrid model in Boston, Massachusetts.

Marketing Manager Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing the North America seasonal marketing plan and brand briefs, collaborating on strategy, consumer insights, creative direction, and key marketing levers.
  • Lead the development of seasonal brand concept maps to align marketing objectives.
  • Champion the North America consumer through qualitative and quantitative insights to inform consumer and brand strategies.
  • Uncover and communicate key insights about consumers, trends, marketplace, and competitors to keep the marketing team informed.
  • Drive connectivity across North America and Global teams to facilitate idea sharing and enhance brand moments.
  • Lead efforts to understand results and learnings from key initiatives, partnering with geo leadership teams for hindsight analysis.
  • Help lead and coordinate marketing activities for the client’s high profile event.

Marketing Manager Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Must have prior experience in brand marketing.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage projects effectively.
  • Demonstrated experience working across various teams and functions.
  • Well-versed in basketball and skate cultures.
  • Understanding of consumer trends within these industries.
  • Strong strategic planning skills with the ability to develop comprehensive marketing plans.
  • Proficient in data analysis to inform marketing strategies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Experience in leading and managing large-scale events.
  • Ability to focus on creators to drive brand elevation and engagement.

Compensation: $56.67-$70/hr. (DOE)
