Leave and Accommodation Specialist
Our well-known client has an immediate need for a Leave and Accommodation Specialist to join their team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, has exceptional communication and customer service, and adaptable in a high-volume environment.

This is a fully remote position.

Leave and Accommodation Specialist Responsibilities

  • Respond to inquiries and provide information on accommodation and return to work guidelines.
  • Assess eligibility and develop suggestions for accommodation requests.
  • Attend team meetings and participate in discussions on upcoming separations and leave cases.
  • Escalate moderate and complex issues and cases as needed.
  • Update and maintain electronic employee records and files.

Leave and Accommodation Specialist Qualifications

  • 2 years of experience related to HR leave of absence.
  • Degree in Human Resources/Business, HR certifications, or equivalent work experience.
  • Working knowledge of current ADA, FMLA, and ADAAA/Accommodation Services.
  • MS Office skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Salary: $25+/hr. (DOE)
