Inside Sales Specialist – Power Generation
Our client is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist with a strong customer service mindset and technical aptitude to support their power generation business. This role requires someone who can confidently navigate both customer interactions and technical conversations, while thriving in a fast-paced environment.
This role is onsite in Ridgefield, Washington.
Inside Sales Specialist Responsibilities
- Provide responsive and knowledgeable support to customers, addressing inquiries and technical questions in a timely manner.
- Assist in generating quotes, processing purchase orders, and managing contract documentation.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver effective solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Apply problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
- Support the sales process by maintaining accuracy and attention to detail in all customer interactions.
Inside Sales Specialist Qualifications
- Demonstrated electrical and/or mechanical aptitude; familiarity with power generation systems is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Exceptional communication skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- Ability to stay organized and multitask effectively in a high-volume, dynamic setting.
- Prior experience in inside sales, customer support, or a related technical environment is preferred.
Compensation: $25-$35/hr. (DOE)
