Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) Responsibilities

• Support and advise managers on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, policy guidance, and investigation of complaints.
• Partner with leadership to implement performance management practices such as goal setting, feedback delivery, and training support.
• Execute company-wide engagement initiatives, gathering feedback and promoting a positive, connected workplace culture.
• Manage and enhance employee recognition programs, ensuring alignment with company values and tracking impact across teams.
• Collaborate across HR and leadership teams to ensure consistent delivery of people programs, fostering a strong and inclusive culture.

Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field required.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on employee relations, engagement, and performance management.
• Proven ability to consult with and influence managers, building trust and credibility through practical, empathetic guidance.
• Comfortable working with warehouse team members and adapting quickly in a fast-paced, evolving organization.
• Manufacturing industry experience and bilingual communication skills (English/Spanish) are strong pluses.

Compensation: $80k-$100k (DOE)
