Financial Analyst
Our client is seeking an analytical and collaborative Financial Analyst with a proven ability to transform complex data into meaningful business insights. The ideal candidate combines strong financial acumen with the ability to interpret performance trends and effectively communicate findings across diverse teams. This role requires a strategic thinker who excels at partnership building, modernizing reporting tools, and enabling informed, data-driven decision-making.

This role is fully onsite in Albany, Oregon.

Financial Analyst Responsibilities

  • Support monthly forecasting, annual planning, and multi-year financial projections.
  • Analyze key performance metrics and deliver variance reports with clear, actionable insights.
  • Develop Power BI dashboards and visualizations to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify financial drivers, risks, and opportunities.
  • Contribute to process improvements in forecasting, planning, and reporting systems.

Financial Analyst Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
  • Minimum 2 years of financial analysis, planning, or business partnering experience.
  • Proficiency in Power BI and strong Excel skills; experience with Oracle ERP preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and data storytelling skills, with the ability to interpret financial results and clearly articulate the drivers behind performance trends.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in driving results and continuous improvement.

Salary: $70K-$100K/year + Bonus. (DOE)
