Financial Analyst
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. The ideal candidate combines strong Excel expertise with clear communication and a proactive mindset, ensuring financial accuracy, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration. This role requires someone who can balance precision with initiative, delivering insights that drive smarter business decisions.

This role is a hybrid model in Beaverton, Oregon.

Financial Analyst Responsibilities

• Administer financial systems to ensure accurate reporting, compliance, and internal control.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports to support strategic planning, budgets, and forecasts.
• Maintain and update system documentation, standard procedures, and user training materials.
• Validate system security and ensure proper access levels per corporate policy.
• Provide training and support to business users and act as a subject matter expert for financial tools.

Financial Analyst Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of financial planning and analysis experience.
• Advanced Excel skills in modeling, formulas, and complex data reporting.
• Experience with enterprise financial systems is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Compensation: Up to $47/hr. (DOE)
