Finance Manager
Our well-known client seeks a Finance Manager to support their team with assessing and managing the organization's investment opportunities. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of financial modeling and corporate finance activities.

Finance Manager Responsibilities

• Work with initiative teams to develop and validate business cases while assessing risk and ensuring assumptions are accurate.
• Create financial models for initiatives validating key drivers and estimating implementation costs and benefits.
• Consolidate financial data and support leadership in financial planning efforts.
• Track and assess the value generated by initiatives compared to the planned targets.
• Maintain up-to-date financial information in the portfolio tool.
• Coordinate with initiative teams on pacing and phasing to align with project timelines and objectives.
• Ad-hoc reporting and analysis.

Finance Manager Qualifications

• 8 years of relevant experience in investments, venture capital, M&A, banking, or specialized consulting.
• Proven ability to measure and track growth, build business cases, develop budgets, and review assumptions.
• Tech-savvy with reporting and modeling systems.
• Collaborative with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to lead change and think strategically.
• Deadline-driven and comfortable with ambiguity.

Salary: $52-$55/hr. (DOE)
