Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Administrator
We are on the hunt for a passionate and talented individual to join our dynamic team in the role of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Administrator. This pivotal position will play a key role in shaping the future of our technology stack and driving the expansion of our current applications.

As part of our agile development team, we are seeking a self-motivated ERP Administrator who excels at creative problem solving, possesses effective communication skills, and thrives on collaboration with team members. Your primary responsibility will be to analyze, configure, and optimize Microsoft Dynamics to meet our business requirements and improve operational efficiency. 

You will analyze/administer business processes and requirements to configure and optimize Microsoft Dynamics. A key for you will be collaborating with various departments to gather and document functional requirements, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements. Additionally, you will provide ongoing support, training, and maintenance to ensure the ERP is in optimal performance and alignment with business objectives.

This is a hybrid position, two days onsite in Portland, OR.

Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Administrator Responsibilities:
Analyze/Administer and document business processes and requirements.
Configure and optimize Microsoft Dynamics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and define technical requirements.
Troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related issues.
Implement system enhancements and upgrades.
Provide ongoing support and training to users.
Ensure the system aligns with business goals and improves operational efficiency.
Work alongside existing ERP teams (AS/400) to migrate features to Microsoft Dynamics.
Assist in developing and implementing ERP policies, procedures, and best practices.
Coordinate with vendors and external partners for system upgrades and troubleshooting.
Stay updated on the latest Microsoft Dynamics features and industry trends.

Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Administrator Qualifications
Bachelor's degree IT, BA, or a related field OR equivalent work experience
5+ years of experience using and implementing Microsoft Dynamics Finance & Supply Chain (Previously Dynamics AX).. 
3+ years of experience using and transacting with various ERPs.
Strong understanding of business processes and requirements analysis.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
Knowledge of system upgrades, integrations, and maintenance.
Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics preferred.
Data (ETL) capabilities to connect different sources of data together.

Preferred
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Experience with data migration and integration projects.
Proficiency in SQL and other database management systems.
Familiarity with reporting tools like Power BI.
Understanding of cloud-based ERP solutions.
Project management experience.
Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Experience in training and supporting end-users.
Knowledge of legacy ERP systems such as AS/400.
Background knowledge in finance systems. 
Understanding of Low-Code/no-code/MS Power Platform.

Salary: $125-$175K (DOE)
