Customer Support Specialist – SketchUp
Our client is seeking a Customer Support Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys helping others succeed. The ideal candidate brings empathy, clear communication, and excellent time management skills to every interaction, ensuring customers feel supported and valued. This role requires someone who can balance tactical tasks with a customer-first mindset while adapting quickly to new processes and tools.

This position is 100% remote. Candidates must work Central or Mountain Time hours.

Customer Support Specialist – SketchUp Responsibilities

• Provide timely and professional support via email, phone, and chat to meet daily service goals.
• Actively listen, ask clarifying questions, and communicate in plain language to ensure customer understanding.
• Manage individual queues, resolve aging requests, and maintain workflow efficiency.
• Accurately document case details, troubleshooting steps, and customer interactions across multiple channels.
• Support account and subscription needs, billing inquiries, installations, and technical issue escalations.

Customer Support Specialist – SketchUp Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience delivering customer support through multiple communication channels.
• Strong communication skills with empathy, patience, and adaptability across diverse audiences.
• Skilled in time management and prioritization to balance quality with responsiveness.
• Comfortable troubleshooting technical issues with general computer systems and software.
• Detail-oriented, professional under pressure, and committed to accurate case documentation.

Compensation: $18-$19/hr. (DOE)
