Customer Support Specialist (Retention)
Our client is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to focus on strengthening customer loyalty and retention. The ideal candidate combines empathy, clear communication, and strong problem-solving skills to resolve customer challenges while fostering long-term relationships. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, works independently, and collaborates effectively across teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

This role is a hybrid model in Westminister, Colorado.

Due to the nature of this role and immediate business needs, we are only considering candidates currently residing in Westminister, Colorado and surrounding area.

Customer Support Specialist Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage with customers to understand needs and address potential service discontinuation.
  • Take ownership of customer issues, ensuring timely resolution and satisfaction.
  • Negotiate directly with customers to resolve adoption barriers and create tailored solutions.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and activities in Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with sales and support teams to manage escalations and improve retention outcomes.

Customer Support Specialist Qualifications

  • 5+ years of customer service or retention experience, with a strong customer-centric mindset.
  • Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills with proven negotiation abilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and address customer pain points.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce for managing and documenting customer interactions.
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent required.
  • Fluency in Spanish is required and/ fluency in Portuguese is preferred.

Compensation: $20-$22/hr. (DOE)
