Clinical Research Assistant
Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-driven Clinical Research Assistant to support multiple research studies under the guidance of senior investigators. The ideal candidate combines precision and discretion with strong interpersonal communication, time management, and problem-solving skills. This role requires a proactive collaborator who thrives in a fast-paced, data-focused environment while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and accuracy.

This role is a hybrid model in Boston, Massachusetts.

Clinical Research Assistant Responsibilities

• Screen, evaluate, and track patient eligibility for research protocols.
• Obtain informed consent and register participants in studies and databases.
• Abstract and maintain clinical and pathology data from medical records.
• Enter and review research data within EMR and eCRF systems for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate specimen collection, processing, storage, and related regulatory documentation.

Clinical Research Assistant Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 2–5 years of experience in a research or clinical setting.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail with ability to prioritize and follow through on multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic data systems (EMR/eCRF).
• Demonstrated discretion, reliability, and adherence to confidentiality standards.
