Clerical Assistant
Our client is looking for a Clerical Assistant to join their team onsite in Salem, OR. This position is responsible for a variety of support functions within Office Services including incoming and outgoing mail from various company sites, departments, and teams. Duties include but are not limited to Microsoft Office Applications, outstanding customer service, filing and sorting correspondence, distribution of reports, Commercial, Medicare, Medicaid, Individual Plan, Case & Disease and all other lines of business literature packets for members, groups, and agents, maintain sales and merchandise inventory, internal and external USPS mail handling, Medical Claims processing, maintain address updates and corrections. Verbal and written communication skills are essential. Outstanding customer service skills for vendor contacts.

Compensation:$17-$27/hr. (DOE)
