We are seeking a Channels Manager to develop, manage, and grow our distribution network including dealers, shipyards, and resellers, helping to drive sales and performance in the marine engine, power generation, and industrial sectors. This essential leadership role supports critical industries, including marine transportation, power systems, and global supply chains that sustain essential infrastructure and services worldwide.

Data-Driven Planner: You use performance data, market insights, and customer feedback to refine strategies and drive improvements.
Adaptable & Travel-Ready: You’re comfortable in dynamic environments and willing to travel domestically (up to 50%).

About the Role
As a Channels Manager, you will:
Develop and Manage Dealer Strategy: Build, manage, and expand a high-performing dealer and distribution network to drive sales and service revenue.
Optimize Dealer Performance: Establish KPIs, monitor dealer performance, and implement improvement strategies to enhance market coverage.
Identify New Channel Opportunities: Expand partnerships in alignment with business growth targets.
Provide Technical & Sales Training: Ensure dealers and channel partners have the tools and knowledge to succeed.
Monitor Market Trends & Competition: Adjust strategies based on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Drive Revenue Growth: Lead dealer-based sales efforts to achieve overall company objectives.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with sales, engineering, marketing, and service teams to enhance channel performance.
Negotiate Dealer Agreements: Structure pricing, agreements, and incentives to maximize profitability.

Education & Experience Requirements Required:
5+ years of experience in industry sales, dealer management, or channel development.
Proven experience managing dealer networks and channel partnerships.
Strong understanding of engines and aftermarket services.
Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Sales Growth: Achieve revenue and sales targets through channel partnerships.
Performance: Monitor and optimize partner KPIs to drive efficiency and growth.
Market Coverage: Expand and strengthen presence in target regions.
Customer Satisfaction: Support high service standards across networks.
  
Salary: $135,000 – $155,000 per year
