Apparel Color Designer (Hybrid)
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Apparel Color Designer to drive seasonal color development and line art execution across multiple product lines. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, combining creative color direction with strong organizational skills and technical precision. This role requires a proactive communicator who can work independently while maintaining alignment across design, development, and production teams.

This role is a hybrid model in Los Angeles, California.

Apparel Color Designer (Hybrid) Responsibilities

• Execute and finalize seasonal color designs, ensuring visual consistency and product readiness.
• Maintain and update line art files, color standards, and digital libraries for upcoming palettes.
• Collaborate with design and development partners to validate color achievability and manage hand-offs.
• Support palette creation, digital uploads, and system organization for seasonal deliverables.
• Prepare schematics and product release materials to ensure timely and accurate seasonal execution.

Apparel Color Designer (Hybrid) Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design or related field, with 2–4 years of apparel color design or product creation experience.
• Proven ability to work autonomously in dynamic, agile environments.
• Strong communication, organizational, and digital file management skills.
• Proficiency with design tools and an understanding of color development processes.
• Experience with global consumer brands or large-scale seasonal product cycles preferred.

Compensation: Up to $50/hr. (DOE)
