Administrative Support Lead
Our client is seeking an adaptable and collaborative Administrative Support Lead to oversee clerical operations and drive process efficiency. The ideal candidate will bring strong communication skills, the ability to build positive relationships at all levels, and a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment. This role requires a balance of leadership, problem-solving, and hands-on support to ensure smooth administrative workflows.

This role is fully onsite in Reno, Nevada.

Administrative Support Lead Responsibilities

  • Lead and support clerical teams handling shipping, receiving, and inventory discrepancy resolution.
  • Oversee daily workflows, assign tasks, and monitor performance to meet operational demands.
  • Manage documentation, data entry, and recordkeeping across warehouse systems.
  • Coordinate payroll submissions, vendor payments, and clerical HR-related functions.
  • Partner with warehouse staff and supervisors to resolve discrepancies and ensure safety compliance.

Administrative Support Lead Qualifications

  • 3+ years of administrative or warehouse support experience, with leadership exposure preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact at all levels.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with warehouse management systems (training available).
  • Proven flexibility, adaptability, and willingness to learn new processes and tools.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills with attention to accuracy, safety, and operational excellence.

Compensation: $18/hr.
