ADA Administrator 
Our client is seeking ADA Administrator who will play a crucial role in managing activities related to ADA, FMLA, and OFLA within the HR department. The selected candidate will join a small, friendly team in a relaxed work setting.

This role is a hybrid model in Portland, Oregon.

ADA Administrator Responsibilities

  • Handle the processing and monitoring of ADA and leave-related claims.
  • Address inquiries from employees and clients.
  • Coordinate logistics and provide support for meetings.
  • Conduct research on ADA accommodations requests.
  • Keep employee records and files up-to-date in electronic systems.
  • Undertake additional projects as needed.

ADA Administrator Qualifications

  • At least two years of experience dealing with ADA and leave management.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Outlook, and Word).
  • Experience with ERP software, particularly PeopleSoft, is beneficial.
  • A collaborative spirit with strong skills in interpersonal communication and customer service.
  • Highly organized, capable of multitasking, and meticulous in maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
