Project Manager
Our client is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives supporting organizational excellence in project delivery and process improvement. The ideal candidate will bring strong communication skills, strategic foresight, and the ability to manage projects end-to-end with multiple stakeholders and vendors.
This role is a hybrid model in Beaverton, Oregon.
Project Manager Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project execution, from requirements gathering and scope definition through implementation, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and stakeholder expectations.
- Partner with internal teams and external vendors to deliver projects involving physical security infrastructure, including access control systems, camera installations, and related software integrations.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, task assignments, and resource plans; monitor progress and adjust timelines as needed to meet milestones.
- Manage project budgets, forecasts, and actual spend; track cost performance and provide regular financial reporting.
- Define success metrics and quality standards; ensure all deliverables meet established requirements and organizational best practices.
- Identify and evaluate project risks, establish mitigation strategies, and proactively communicate potential impacts to leadership.
- Guide and mentor a highly capable team of contributors by providing structure, clarity, and direction while keeping long-term goals in focus.
- Present clear, concise project updates to executive stakeholders, summarizing key progress, challenges, and next steps.
Project Manager Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 10 years of directly relevant project management experience.
- Proven experience managing large, enterprise-level projects with multiple business functions and vendor partners.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and drive alignment across diverse teams.
- Demonstrated ability to define project scope, manage change control, and ensure delivery within time, cost, and quality constraints.
- Experience working with physical security systems, construction vendors, or related infrastructure projects is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with implementing or configuring enterprise software solutions for analytics, badging, or access systems preferred.
- Adept at anticipating future needs, connecting tactical tasks to strategic objectives, and ensuring sustainable long-term outcomes.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
Compensation: Up to $62/hr. (DOE)
