CRM Developer
Our client is seeking a CRM Developer to oversee the administration, customization, and integration of their enterprise CRM platform. This role requires a blend of technical depth and product awareness, ensuring the system aligns with business objectives, drives customer engagement, and supports growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology, leading efforts in CRM governance, data management, integrations, and workflow automation.
This role is fully remote.
CRM Developer Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain CRM environments, including security, user roles, system configuration, backup, and disaster recovery.
- Design and implement ETL processes to migrate data between CRM and external systems or databases.
- Develop, customize, and integrate CRM components using APIs, plugins, and workflow tools.
- Configure entities, forms, views, dashboards, and business rules to meet evolving business needs.
- Implement both client-side and server-side automation through JavaScript, C#, plugins, workflows, and automation engines (e.g., Power Automate).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional CRM solutions.
- Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and deliver sustainable solutions to prevent recurrence.
CRM Developer Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (or comparable platforms).
- 5+ years of experience designing ETL processes for system-to-system and database migrations.
- Strong background with database tools such as SQL Server, SSMS, SSIS, KingswaySoft, or equivalent.
- Proficiency in API integration and testing (Postman or similar tools).
- Hands-on experience with CRM development and customization using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and C#.
- Experience with workflow automation and Power Platform tools (PowerApps, Power Automate).
- Ability to analyze complex problems, identify underlying issues, and design long-term solutions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
Salary: $95K-$120K/year. (DOE)
