SAP Integration Specialist
Our client is seeking a skilled SAP Integration Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP integration and functional testing, with the ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Prior experience in large, complex corporate environments is beneficial but not required.

This role is fully remote.

SAP Integration Specialist Responsibilities

• Perform advanced data analysis, data mining, and source-to-target mapping to support business needs.
• Develop and maintain complex context process and system diagrams to ensure accurate representation of data flow.
• Collaborate with remote teams, including vendors and stakeholders from various departments, to gather and document tactical business requirements.
• Design and document advanced functional specifications that align with IT capabilities and business unit needs.
• Coordinate functional requirements with technical solutions and maintain clear communication with IT resources.
• Adhere to global process standards and policies while applying them to regional technology solutions.
• Implement design solutions in collaboration with systems personnel and provide ongoing project support.
• Participate in the creation of project timelines and offer insights into project management processes.
• Conduct and oversee testing activities, including the creation of test plans, scripts, and validation of results.
• Document and communicate system changes to relevant business units, translating technical details into business-relevant language.
• Act as a subject matter expert in discussions and provide guidance on best practices for system configuration.

SAP Integration Specialist Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 5 years of directly relevant experience.
• Proven expertise in SAP and SAP integration, with a focus on functional and testing skills.
• Experience with source-to-target mapping and technical analytics.
• Familiarity with Hot Skill Technology (e.g., Java, .NET, SAP, PeopleSoft) is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders across different organizations.
• Self-starter mindset with the ability to complete tasks independently.

Compensation: Up to $66.67/hr. (DOE)
