Procurement Sourcing Manager
Our client is seeking a Procurement Sourcing Manager to lead and develop global category strategies for Media and Advertising Technology. The ideal candidate will be experienced in marketing procurement and sourcing, with a proven ability to drive strategic sourcing initiatives, negotiate contracts, and manage key stakeholders. This role is critical in keeping ongoing projects on track and delivering high value from the first 90 days. The Global Marketing Sourcing Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, finance, and media, and manage relationships with key suppliers to achieve operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

This role is a hybrid model in Beaverton, Oregon. Remote candidates residing in Seattle, Washington with occasional travel to Beaverton will also be considered.

Procurement Sourcing Manager Responsibilities

• Develop and drive global category strategies for Media and Advertising Technology services.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align sourcing strategies with business objectives and project requirements.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing processes, including RFx’s, market analysis, and negotiations.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, terms, and conditions to meet savings and spending expectations.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (privacy, legal, risk, compliance, security) to ensure due diligence in the sourcing process.
• Analyze data to identify additional sourcing opportunities and develop a sourcing pipeline.
• Stay updated on industry standards, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes.
• Foster strong, trusting relationships with stakeholders and business partners across the organization.
• Manage supplier relationships using Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) tools and best practices.
• Track and monitor project progress to meet savings and performance targets.

Procurement Sourcing Manager Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of marketing procurement experience, ideally in global sourcing or category management.
• Advanced experience in marketing procurement categories (especially media procurement).
• Strong project management skills with the ability to work independently and hit the ground running.
• Ability to negotiate complex contracts and draft/redline agreements.
• Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging data to drive business decisions.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
• Experience managing large-scale sourcing negotiations and maintaining stakeholder relationships.
• PMP or CPM certifications are a plus, but not required.
• Engineering or supply chain background preferred.
• Strategic thinker with a proactive, results-oriented attitude.

Compensation: $44.37/hr.
